European Electronique attended the BETT Show 2010, and were seen by many potential new customers on Stand D80

On the largest stand European have ever commissioned we entertained new and existing customers alike with VDI, Managed Service, Meru Wireless, Easytrace and Pillar presentations as well as an array of nifty technology on display.

Historic Triple Win Celebrated At Winners Lunch

European Electronique celebrated their historic triple win at the Oxford Business Awards at the Winners Lunch Friday 27th Nov.

Yolanta Gill (MD) gave a short informal speech on the impact of the historic win, how it has raised the company profile and how many EE customers have been both pleased and impressed with European's performance in the local competition.

Home Group chose European

Microsoft Launches New Subscription Enrolment Schools Pilot

Microsoft launches the new Subscription Enrolment Schools Pilot (SESP) for UK schools. This provides greater flexibility and choice for schools who wish to use a Microsoft subscription agreement. The SESP removes the requirement of licensing Microsoft product across their entire ICT estate as well as introducing user and device based licensing models. OGC Buying Solutions changes name to improve performance and brand clarity

As from 6th April 2009 OGC buying
solutions change their name to
Buying Solutions.
This will also
consolidate the brands currently
known as Catalist and Managed
Services to produce a more
consistent brand of Buying Solutions
Supplier.
The focus on Buying
Solutions reflects the new brand
values of clarity and
simplification, which translates
into naming things clearly.

BECTA Software for Educational Institutions Framework

European Electronique is one of
only 12 suppliers chosen to join the
BECTA Software for Educational
Institutions Framework
Following
a rigorous selection process, the
government technology agency awarded
European Electronique membership of
the framework which went live on 9th
October.
The prestigious framework has been
organised by OGCbuying solutions and
will run for 4 years.
European Electronique Wins the ICT Contract For Oxford’s First Academy

Rose Hill, Blackbird Leys and
Littlemore have benefited from the
government’s Academy programme by
being selected to have the city’s
first Academy built in their
community.
Jointly sponsored by the
Oxford Diocese of the Church of
England and Oxford Brookes
University, the Academy opened its
doors in September 2008. It is
temporarily housed on the Peers
School site, prior to moving to a
state-of-the-art Academy building in
2010.
