sites across the UK, our skilled engineers know our customer well enough to provide
balanced, scalable support services. Our relationship ranges from the supply of
equipment including 1500 terminals, HP client devices and infrastructure through
numerous cabling projects to customised managed services provision.
The Hepworth Wakefield Gallery - opened its doors on Saturday 21st
May 2011

The £35m Hepworth Wakefield has become the largest purpose-built art gallery to
open in the UK for 43 years. In just 4 weeks European Electronique was able to fully
equip and integrate suitably inspirational technology in the building that encompasses
10 galleries covering 5,000 square metres. A robust Server and Network Infrastructure
provides the basis to run an IP Telephony system, a mix of PCs and Macs and an EPOS
system for the shop and reception area. Digital Signage and Information Display
screens for the Gallery and AV projectors with audio systems for 2 Learning Spaces
are also in place. Services provided include the migration of email and data from
a legacy system and installation of office environment, financial and HR software.
Home Group
Home Group has a turnover in excess of £310m, manages 52,000 homes and provides
care and support services to more than 20,000 people across the UK each year.
European Electronique has been supplying Home Group since 2006 following selection
as a partner on a 5 year framework to supply hardware, support and services. Our
contract includes support of Home Group’s server infrastructure, telephone support
and on-site engineers. The customer also utilises our HP Accredited Service Delivery
Partner (HP ASDP) status for support of their Laserjet and DesignJet printers, Commercial
Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks.
Recently European Electronique assisted Home Group with a major Desktop refresh
programme across the UK in over 250 sites. We installed over 200+ PCs and reimaged
over 1000 during a 4 month project.
“I am absolutely delighted with the work that European Electronique’s team has completed
over the last 3-4 months. Our European Electronique Project Manager, has been extremely
supportive, positive, helpful and worked very hard to keep the project moving forward
and has delivered the project ahead of schedule", said Kieran McLaughlin, Senior
Project Manager at Home Group.
The A2Dominion Group is one of the country’s leading providers of high quality
housing
The Group was formed in October 2008, as a result of A2 and Dominion coming together
to create an organisation with the financial strength and resources to deliver more
homes and better services for customers. The A2Dominion Group now provides over
33,000 homes across London and southern England with thousands in development. We
have supplied IT hardware and services since 2006 and have recently configured and
installed over 400 HP desktops in several locations. European Electronique worked
with HP finance to arrange a 3 year leasing agreement for A2.
Tate Gallery
The Tate Gallery has been partnering with European Electronique since 2003. Supplying
a major international art gallery such as this has always been fascinating although
challenging in some ways. The usual IT requirements are frequently presented with
some quite unusual and very specific demands typical of a gallery.
We supply The Tate with their networking equipment, print and imaging devices, desktops
& notebooks and audio visual equipment. On occasion equipment supplied by European
Electronique has even been used as an integral part of an art installation.
We have taken the time to understand their unique requirements and continue to demonstrate
flexibility in our approach to providing IT solutions that meet exacting standards.
