can now supply you under the ITRAP framework
This framework is open to Higher Education
Institutions for the Supply of IT Related
Accessories & Parts, including Components,
Storage Devices, Cables, Displays, Network
Items, Peripherals, Handheld Devices, PC
Security Items and Ancillary items.
The framework agreement is for an initial period
of three years commencing 1st April 2008.
Our Service
- We are dedicated in providing best value
and cost savings for your institution
- The ITRAP framework is managed by a
dedicated team headed by an ITRAP framework
manager to ensure your orders receive the
utmost urgency and consistency
- As a supplier we shall respond to
quotation requests by fax or email within
four hours of receipt. This will be between
the hours of 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday
(excluding Bank / Public Holidays).
- Delivery of goods will usually be within
two working days of Order placement. Should
this timescale not be possible due to any
circumstances your Institution shall be
informed immediately
- European Electronique adhere to all EC
packaging and waste regulations including
the WEEE Directive where applicable.
