SUPPORT VOUCHERS
European Electronique offer a range of engineering services via pre purchased vouchers. Our vouchers are for all levels of engineers at discounted rates with the added benefit of a priority SLA over purely Ad Hoc requests
CONTRACTED SERVICES
European Electronique’s contracted services give you the piece of mind that when your IT equipment develops a fault, we will have an engineer on site to repair it, meaning less downtime for your business. Our contracts are full inclusive of parts and labour (excluding limited lifecycle parts)
AD HOC SERVICES
European Electronique understand that faults can occur when you least expect them and usually on a piece of equipment that is not maintenance by a service contract. Therefore, we offer a range of Ad Hoc support options for both hardware and software.

European Electronique are happy to announce that we now an Apple Authorised Service Provider, meaning we can offer enhanced services on Apple equipment without invalidating the warranty. We also offer this service nationwide.
